| Richard, Helen and Andrew went to Birmingham to the BA Assistant Coaching Course. Although it was a long day, they thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it very informative. They would like to thank Sensei Pauline Squire who took the course and all the other aikidoka present. They would also like to thank the 'Popular Balti' for a fine curry. | |
